Hopson Wins IL Player of the Week Prize Monday, June 23rd , 2025 Eddie Hopson demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the International League Player of the Week Award. The Worcester right fielder wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .464 average (13-for-28) with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. So far this season, Hopson has recorded a .339 batting average with 81 hits, 14 home runs, 41 RBIs, 41 runs scored and a .397 OBP. |
