Riojas Slugs Renegades to 7-6 Win
A 3-RBI performance from Justin Riojas, who is tied for 5th in the NL with a .424 on-base percentage, helped the Lake Wylie Renegades beat the Baltimore Orioles, 7-6. Alex Alfaro picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Dustin Batts suffered the loss. Dusty Crostic was credited with the save for Lake Wylie, his 15th of the season.

Riojas had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 0-2 cutter from Dustin Batts, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Renegades a 7-6 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Riojas.

"I still think this team can play even better," Riojas told the Lake Wylie Bulletin.

Lake Wylie now has a record of 32-16 with the win.
