Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and River Hills Rockets.

Los Angeles picked up a win at Dodger Stadium, bumping off the River Hills Rockets, 4-3. Pitcher Bobby Doherty was a major reason the Dodgers emerged victorious. The Dodgers improved their record to 17-19 by beating River Hills.

Los Angeles shortstop Jonah McLaughlin helped the Dodgers go up, 3-2, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, McLaughlin hit a run-scoring single off River Hills pitcher Fred Dickens.

"Bobby was doing a good job pouring in strikes," said Los Angeles manager Nick Nabors.
