Baillargeon Delivers Walk-Off Win for Rockets
The River Hills Rockets downed the San Diego Padres, 4-1, at River Hills Grounds. Stellar pitching by Pedro Martinez had a lot to do with it. The right-hander, who is tied for 5th in the NL with a 10.9 K/9 rate, handcuffed his opponent all game. The last-place Rockets own a record of 7-29.

The decisive blow was delivered by Adam Baillargeon in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 3-run home run off 24-year old left-handed pitcher Tyler McMahon to win the game for River Hills. The home crowd went nuts.

"It's what good teams do, find a way to win," said Martinez.
