Lake Wylie right fielder Alex Alcantar contributed significantly to his team's 7-6 win over the River Hills Rockets. Alcantar, who is tied for 10th in the NL in hits with 30, went 3 for 4 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Renegades. Ken Miller notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1.2 innings. His record now sits at 3-0. For the Rockets, the loss makes them 10-16.

The Renegades got a big at-bat from second baseman Tyler Stewart. For the game, Stewart went 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a grand slam home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Lake Wylie a 5-3 lead.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Alcantar, "and then get after it again."
