Schamerhorn Sensational for Renegades
Lake Wylie took on Athletics in a contest which featured a pitchers' duel. Chris Schamerhorn, in particular, was fantastic. The Lake Wylie right-hander helped his team snag the win, 1-0. Dusty Crostic got the save, his 36th in 46 chances. The first-place Renegades, at 81-68, lead the National League East Division by 4 games.

In his 95-pitch effort, Schamerhorn allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings. He walked 1 and struck out 6.
