Rockets Rally to Win

The River Hills Rockets did just enough to secure a victory over the Kansas City Royals, 2-1, in 10 innings at River Hills Grounds. Nobody did more than pitcher Saul Jaso. River Hills reliever Justin Russ picked up the win, upping his record to 3-5. Franklin Labrador was saddled with the loss. With the win, River Hills has a record of 45-104. Kansas City falls to 74-75.
The Rockets got a clutch hit from pinch hitter Mike Cook. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Rockets.
"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Jaso.
