Mariners Walk It Off for 5th Win of Season
Alex Solorio was instrumental in his team's 5-3 triumph over the Lake Wylie Renegades. The third baseman went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Seattle Mariners. The win has Seattle at 5-10.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Solorio hit a cutter from Israel Figueroa for a 2-run home run. The Mariners, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

Solorio called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
