Brewers Pitching Ravaged by Freyta
It was a good day at Oracle Park. The San Francisco Giants whipped the Milwaukee Brewers, 12-6, and third baseman Santiago Freyta showed off a hot bat, going 5-for-5 at the plate.

"Some days, lady luck is on your side," Freyta told BNN reporters after the game.

Giants manager Danny Lopez told the beat writers otherwise, calling the 23-year-old "focused and patient."

"It's not luck," he said. "He has a solid approach to hitting. Santiago hits to all fields. The more solid at-bats you put together, the more success you're going to have."

Santiago Freyta doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Alberto Olmedo in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th.

For the year, Freyta is batting .254 with 97 hits and 8 home runs. He has scored 56 times and driven in 30.
