The 21-year-old Brown got 5 hits in 6 at-bats, helping to down the Tigers West. Jay Brown flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Luis Rodriguez in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Bill Theys in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
