Davis Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Wednesday, July 1st , 2026 Matt Davis helped Philadelphia (DSL) beat the Pittsburgh (DSL) Pirates 2, 10-4. He stroked 5 hits in 6 at-bats to spark his club in the win. Matt Davis singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Chris Griggs in the 5th, flied out in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Julio Sanchez in the 8th. For the season, Davis has produced 25 hits in 79 at-bats for a .316 average with 2 home runs and gotten on base at a .353 clip. |
