Everything came together at the plate for the 21-year-old right fielder as he collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats -- and helped the Guardians 1 triumph, 7-5, at Guardians 1 Grounds. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Flores said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Alex Flores singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th. Currently Flores is batting .433 with 3 home runs and 13 RBIs. |
