Fisler Raps Cincinnati (DSL) for 6 Hits Friday, June 19th , 2026 There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 6 hits in a day. David Fisler is one of those rare few, as he went 6-for-6 against the Cincinnati (DSL) Reds at Great American Ball Park. The monster effort from the 20-year-old second baseman helped the Houston (DSL) Astros get the win, 16-6. "We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Reds manager Enrique Becerra. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today." David Fisler singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. |
