Cole Parks 3 HR in the Seats

Anyone wearing a glove and sitting in the bleachers for today's Smokies-Barons game had a good chance at snagging a home run ball.
Tennessee first baseman Jared Cole thrice sent eager fans scurrying to catch a souvenir, helping lead the Tennessee to a win, 8-5, over Birmingham.
"Hey, the three homers were great, but I'm just trying to help my ballclub," Cole said later. "I'm not going out there thinking I need another home run."
Cole, who is tied for 2nd in the in RBI with 31, was 4-for-5 on the day with 5 RBI.
Jared Cole hit a three-run home run off Matt Pritchard in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off David Roussel in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off David Roussel in the 9th.
For the year, Cole is hitting .310 with 11 home runs. His stats include 31 runs batted in and 32 runs scored.
