Minnesota (FCL) Wins Round 1 Saturday, August 23rd , 2025 The championship dreams are still alive for the Minnesota (FCL) Twins, while it's back to the drawing board for the Tampa Bay (FCL) Rays. By a score of 6-5, Minnesota (FCL) won the decisive game at Tropicana Field today. The Twins took the series 4-2. Cliff Worley of the Twins was named the Round 1 MVP. "All our guys are really focused winning the Round 2," Worley said. "I'm not too concerned about personal awards." The Minnesota (FCL) Twins will play against the St. Louis (FCL) Cardinals in the next round. St. Louis (FCL) won their series against the Toronto (FCL) Blue Jays 4 games to 0. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |
