Atlanta (FCL)-Miami (FCL) Brawl, Taylor and Caldwell Suspended Wednesday, June 18th , 2025 After an intense confrontation, both the Braves Tom Taylor and the Marlins Eric Caldwell were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Atlanta (FCL)-Miami (FCL) game. Tom Taylor will miss 5 games, while Eric Caldwell was suspended for 6 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Tom Taylor commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." Thus far this year, Taylor has hit .333 with 1 home run and 3 RBIs. |
