Mashburn on Fire, 5-for-5 Against Miami (FCL) Monday, June 16th , 2025 Johnny Mashburn was the King of Swing at LoanDepot Park in the 6-1 Atlanta (FCL) Braves win over the Miami (FCL) Marlins. The Atlanta (FCL) third baseman stepped into the batter's box 5 times against Miami (FCL) and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. "Unbelievable feeling," he told the press. "It felt good. 5-for-5 isn't bad for your batting average either." Johnny Mashburn singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Bill Haggard in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
