Hits Galore: Anaya Drills 5 Hits Saturday, June 14th , 2025 All game long, Philadelphia (FCL)'s Danny Anaya was rattling the walls at Daikin Park and banging out base hits against the Houston (FCL) Astros. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Phillies had a win, 14-3. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 20-year-old second baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Danny Anaya singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 8th. |
