Sullivan on Fire, 5-for-6 Against Milwaukee(ACL) Sunday, August 10th , 2025 In a career performance, ACL Athletics right fielder Curt Sullivan sparkled with the bat at Brewers Gold Park. Powering his way to a 5-for-6 day at the plate, Sullivan led the Athletics to a nice 11-10 win over the Milwaukee(ACL) Brewers Gold. Sullivan was in high spirits in the clubhouse after the game, joking with reporters that the big game had left him "winded." "Oh sure, 5 hits sounds great but think about how much more baserunning you have to do," he said with a smile. "Next time, I'm just going to take 5 walks." Curt Sullivan singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Tristan McGowan in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Tristan McGowan in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Mike Miller in the 7th, flied out in the 9th and hit an RBI triple in the 10th. Currently Sullivan is batting .431 with 90 hits and 17 home runs. He has knocked in 61 runs and scored 45 times. |
