Lewter Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Thursday, August 7th , 2025 Nick Lewter, right fielder for the San Francisco(ACL) Giants Orange, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 1 hit in his club's 3-2 victory over the Kansas City(ACL) Royals Gold at Giants Orange Park. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends." Nick Lewter struck out in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th and singled in the 6th. Lewter is hitting .432 this year with 5 home runs and 22 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .486, 13 walks and scored 20 times. |
