Adam Bruinsma Bashes Three over the Wall Friday, June 20th , 2025 It was a good day for the Chicago A(ACL) White Sox and an exceptional one for Adam Bruinsma. The 21-year-old first baseman sent three bombs out of the park to help the White Sox beat the Arizona(ACL) Diamondbacks, 23-3, at Rate Field. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Bruinsma said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 4 times, drove in 8 runs and smacked 3 hits in 5 at-bats. Adam Bruinsma hit a solo-shot off Eric Wiley in the 1st, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jay Penland in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Bert Moya in the 5th and flied out in the 7th.
