Hit Parade: Garafaio Gets Cycle Saturday, June 21st , 2025 Inland Empire 66ers center fielder Giancarlo Garafaio had one of the best days of his career, when he hit for the cycle and paved the way for the 14-9 66ers win over the Lake Elsinore Storm at Storm Field. "Everything was just clicking today," he said. Garafaio shelled the Storm for 4 hits in 5 at-bats, collected 7 RBI and scored 3 runs. Giancarlo Garafaio hit a GRAND SLAM off Jose Alas in the 1st, was hit by a pitch in the 3rd, hit a two-run triple in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI double in the 8th and flied out in the 9th. Currently Garafaio has 8 home runs and a .297 batting average. |
