Star of the Week Selected in CAR Monday, June 1st , 2026 Kannapolis Cannon Ballers first baseman Ryan Galambos had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the Carolina League named him Player of the Week. Galambos banged out 9 hits in 14 at-bats on the way to a .643 batting average. He also racked up 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 2 runs scored. This season, Galambos has 2 home runs and a .364 batting average. |
