Fireflies Beebe Smacks 5 Hits Monday, September 15th , 2025 Bryan Beebe of the Fireflies was unstoppable in his team's 10-2 victory over the Augusta GreenJackets at GreenJackets Fields. He battered them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Columbia second baseman after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-6 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Bryan Beebe singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run double in the 8th and flied out in the 9th.
