Ramos Has 20-Game Hitting Streak Thursday, June 19th , 2025 Tenshin Ramos ran his hitting streak to 20 straight games at Shorebirds Stadium, when he collected 1 hit in 4 at-bats. The feat came, however, as the Delmarva Shorebirds dropped the game, 5-2, to the Columbia Fireflies. "Hey, the streak is great -- I hope it never ends," Ramos said later. "But I'm not happy to lose the game." Tenshin Ramos grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and flied out in the 7th. So far this season, Ramos has put up a .413 batting average with 38 hits, 2 home runs and 14 RBIs. |
