Martinez Smacks 5 Hits for GreenJackets Monday, May 26th , 2025 All game long, Augusta's Juan Martinez was rattling the walls at Ballpark of Charleston and banging out base hits against the Charleston RiverDogs. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the GreenJackets had a win, 16-2. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 19-year-old second baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Juan Martinez singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th and doubled in the 6th.
