Hunt Thwarts Tennessee, 2-0 Sunday, June 8th , 2025 Matt Hunt was in a mood to talk following the Biloxi Shuckers contest against the Tennessee Smokies, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Smokies, 2-0. "There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Hunt said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again." The right-hander blanked Tennessee on a 2-hitter, allowing no walks and racking up 9 strikeouts. |
