Un-four-gettable: Ferrara Hits for Cycle Monday, May 4th , 2026 Mike Ferrara truly did it all at Las Vegas Fields. The Las Vegas Aviators right fielder hit for the cycle -- collecting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run -- as he paced his club to victory, 8-5, over the Albuquerque Isotopes. "You know that sweet sound you hear when you hit the ball just right? I heard that every time today," Ferrara said later. "It was a heck of a feeling." It was a game good enough for him to make a little history. He bombed Albuquerque pitching for 4 hits in 4 at-bats and his name will now go into the record books. Ferrara also racked up 4 runs batted in and 2 runs scored in the game. Mike Ferrara hit a two-run home run off Brady Turk in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, tripled in the 6th and hit a two-run double in the 7th. Ferrara is hitting .211 for the season with 4 home runs, 18 RBIs and 13 runs scored. He has 16 hits in 76 at-bats and played in 22 games. |
