Stewart Joins 3-HR Club

Justin Stewart went yard three times in a Albuquerque Isotopes victory over the Round Rock Express at Express Field.
"I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit."
For the day, the Albuquerque first baseman went 3-for-4 against Round Rock with 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Isotopes to the 11-5 win.
"I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out."
Justin Stewart hit a solo-shot off Emilio Juarez in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Emilio Juarez in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Luis Gonzalez in the 8th.
At the moment, Stewart is batting .345 with 8 home runs and 18 RBIs. He has played in 29 games and scored 24 times.
