Alvarado on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, June 16th , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Zack Alvarado was in a class by himself in the Pacific Coast League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding right fielder for Salt Lake tagged opposing pitchers for a .579 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 19 at-bats, 0 homers, 4 runs scored and 8 RBIs. So far this season, Alvarado has hit .365 with 1 home run, 27 RBIs and scored 16 times. |
