Danta Belts 5 Hits Wednesday, May 28th , 2025 Mason Danta was on fire, sparking his club to a win, 8-4, over the Dodgers. The Albuquerque center fielder was a tough out and went 5-for-6 against Oklahoma City in a fine hitting display. "I got my pitches and I connected. They all found the right holes on the diamond. Some days you hit shots and they're right at somebody and some days they fall in." Mason Danta grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Danta is hitting .322 this year with no home runs, 2 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has 28 hits in 87 at-bats, 6 walks and a .362 on-base percentage. Danta has played in 20 games. |
