5-Hit Game for Veras Thursday, July 9th , 2026 It was a big day for Hector Veras and he brought the Cincinnati(ACL) Reds along for the ride. Veras led his club to victory, 21-5, over the Kansas City(ACL) Royals Gold at Royals Gold Park, smoking Kansas City(ACL) pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 20-year-old third baseman later called the victory "sweet." Hector Veras singled in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. |
