Sullivan Boosts Hit Streak to 25 Games Friday, June 26th , 2026 Curt Sullivan's hitting string continues. The 22-year-old ACL right fielder upped it to 25 games with 2 hits in the 12-4 Athletics win over the Chicago N (ACL) Cubs at Wrigley Field. "Can we all agree that you'll only ask me questions about the streak once every two days?" he joked with reporters following the game. "I'm starting to run out of ideas for good quotes." Curt Sullivan flied out in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Bobby Hoover in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, tripled in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th. So far this year, Sullivan is hitting .638 with 10 home runs. |
