Sullivan Belts 3 HR for Athletics Thursday, June 18th , 2026 Fans seated in the bleacher section at Brewers Blue Stadium were taking cover all day long as Curt Sullivan zeroed in on them, rattling three long blasts off the seats in a display of Herculean power. The big game from the ACL right fielder helped the Athletics take the victory, 14-6, over the Milwaukee(ACL) Brewers Blue. "I told myself not to press on the last one," he told reporters in the postgame press conference. "I knew I couldn't force it -- it has to be a nice easy swing." For the game, he collected 4 hits in 5 at-bats, drove in 4 and scored 3 runs. Curt Sullivan hit a solo-shot off Ron Master in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Ron Master in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Logan Alexander in the 5th and struck out in the 7th. Sullivan is hitting .781 this year with 7 home runs and 19 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .800, 6 walks and scored 15 times. |
