Great Day for Sullivan -- 5 Hits Wednesday, June 17th , 2026 ACL right fielder Curt Sullivan had a big day at Sutter Health Park against the Cleveland(ACL) Guardians. The 22-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-5 and led to the 17-4 Athletics triumph over Cleveland(ACL). "Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Sullivan said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all." Curt Sullivan hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th and singled in the 6th.
