Nationals Bryan Named NL's Best Pitcher Thursday, October 1st , 2026 The National League scribes have selected September's Pitcher of the Month and have awarded the honor to Nick Bryan of Washington. He was outstanding on the hill last month and has the numbers to prove it -- a 4-1 record. The Nationals star performer made 6 starts with a 1.23 ERA and surrendered 27 hits in 44 innings. He struck out 31 and walked 8. Up to now Bryan has recorded a record of 12-13. In 32 starts he has fanned 137 batters in 202 innings with a 3.16 ERA. |
