Houston-Pittsburgh Free-for-All Gets 4-Game Suspensions Tuesday, September 15th , 2026 You would have thought you were at a hockey game yesterday at Daikin Park. A free-for-all broke out when Josh Muench of Houston and Byron Rooney of Pittsburgh rushed one another on the field and had to be restrained by umpires and teammates. Few blows landed, but it was enough for them to be ejected from the game. Today both teams received notification from the league office that the two players would be suspended for 4 games. This season in 12 games, Muench is batting .300 with 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and has scored 5 times. |
