St. Louis, Texas Deal Made Sunday, July 19th , 2026 Matt Hill, general manager of the St. Louis Cardinals, has signed off on a trade for Texas's 19-year old minor league RHP Danny Velez and 21-year old minor league LHP Jeff Lockridge. To complete the deal, the Cardinals will send 25-year old LHP Mike Haynam to the Rangers. Taking a look at his season, Haynam has made 27 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 1-6 won-lost mark and a 9.88 ERA. In pitching 27.1 innings, he has totaled 18 strikeouts and 19 walks. |
