Twins, Red Sox Swap Players Friday, July 10th , 2026 The Minnesota Twins announced a deal with the Red Sox today, sending 20-year old minor league RHP Anthony Finnerty and 20-year old minor league RHP Chris Cofer to Boston for 39-year old RHP Jose Castillo. It had been talked about for the past few weeks and everything came together late last night. All players are expected to be joining their respective clubs shortly. This season, Castillo has made 16 relief appearances with no saves. His won-lost record is 0-0 with a 5.24 ERA. |
