Texas-New York Brawl, Corbin and Delgado Suspended Wednesday, July 8th , 2026 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Texas-New York contest at Citi Field. The Rangers Ryan Corbin and the Mets Jose Delgado will have to sit out 3 and 7 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This year, Corbin has gone 5-4 with an ERA of 4.00 and has 69 strikeouts in 81 innings. This year, Delgado has compiled a 5-5 mark with a 4.56 ERA. |
