Wednesday, July 1st , 2026
A sparkling 3-1 mark in June just about says it all. First-year phenom Pancho Garcia of the Lake Wylie Renegades put up a strong performance and that's why the National League rated him the Rookie of the Month.
He stood out by holding opposing clubs to a .235 batting average and compiling a 0.86 ERA. Garcia struck out 28 and walked 9 in 31.1 innings.
Currently Garcia has a 8-6 won-lost record in 16 starts with a 3.38 ERA. He also has 78 strikeouts in 90.2 innings.
