June's #1 Starter Named in NL Wednesday, July 1st , 2026 The National League named the winner of the Pitcher of the Month Award. It went to Kevin Flavell of Cincinnati Reds, who impressed the voters with a glittering 5-0 record in June. The Cincinnati star hurler made 5 starts, allowed 27 hits in 37 innings, struck out 37 and had a 2.19 ERA. To date, Flavell has a 11-2 mark in 8 starts with a 2.85 ERA.
