Boston, Cincinnati Confirm Trade Sunday, June 28th , 2026 The Red Sox and Reds pulled the trigger on a deal that will see 36-year old RHP Jeremy Holley head to Cincinnati in exchange for 19-year old minor league RHP John Hecker. A source close to Boston officials said, "The teams spent long hours coming to the agreement and in the end, both agreed the deal should help both clubs." Boston will retain a portion of Holley's remaining contract. This season in 16 starts, Jeremy Holley has a record of 8-6 with 85 strikeouts in 109 innings and a 2.64 ERA. |
