Twins Pajak Smacks 5 Hits Friday, June 26th , 2026 Who needs batting practice? Apparently not Minnesota Twins shortstop Eric Pajak, who missed the team's pre-game session at Angel Stadium of Anaheim but peppered the Los Angeles Angels for 5 hits come game time. The Twins went on to grab the 15-8 win. "I was late to the park and I wasn't sure coach was even going to keep me in the lineup," he told the press after the game. "Maybe I should skip BP more often." Eric Pajak walked in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Alexis Chavez in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
