Gonzales and Sinner Suspended, Out 5 Games Friday, July 3rd , 2026 The league commissioner has issued 5-game suspensions to Eddie Gonzales of Eugene and Kyle Sinner of Tri-City. The two players were involved in a confrontation during a recent Emeralds-Dust Devils game at Dust Devils Field and now will miss time because of it. Neither player would comment on the suspensions. During the current season Gonzales is batting at a .301 clip with 7 home runs and 36 RBIs. He has played in 69 games and scored 34 times. Sinner has taken the mound for 20 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 0-2 record with a 6.31 ERA. The Tri-City reliever has limited opposing batters to a .308 batting average. |
