Eugene Loses Parvu for 13 Months Sunday, June 21st , 2026 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Eugene's Dimitrie Parvu to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 06/20/2026 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Parvu said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Parvu has been out of action since he suffered a damaged elbow ligament. To this point in the season, Parvu shows a 4-3 record, 15 starts, 87.1 innings, 67 strikeouts and a 2.47 ERA. |
