Flying Squirrels, Leavitt Silence Harrisburg, 7-0 Saturday, June 27th , 2026 Luke Leavitt had an impressive outing at Harrisburg Grounds, hurling the Richmond Flying Squirrels to a 7-0 shutout victory over the Harrisburg Senators. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Harrisburg skipper Nick Matthies said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the right-handed Leavitt yielded 7 hits and tallied 6 strikeouts with 1 walk. This year, Leavitt has compiled a 4-1 record with a 2.08 ERA. |
