The Atlanta Braves did just enough to secure a victory over the Lake Wylie Renegades, 4-3, in 10 innings at Truist Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Gerardo Benitez. Ted Hernandez picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 3-4. Vic Garcia suffered the loss. The Atlanta win streak is now 3 games.

The decisive blow was delivered by Ki-tak Cho in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 22-year old right-handed pitcher Vic Garcia to win the game for Atlanta. The home crowd went nuts.

Cho attributed the win to his team's "steely resolve."
