The Colorado Rockies used a stellar performance from pitcher Jose Navarro to throttle the Lake Wylie offense en route to an extra-inning, 2-1 win at Colorado Field. Josiah Sanders was the winner in relief. His record is now 4-0. The losing pitcher was Michael Ceja. After today's action, Colorado sits at 41-37, while Lake Wylie falls to 44-34.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when Colorado center fielder George Brown, facing Chris Schamerhorn, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Rockies the 2-1 win.

"Jose was doing a good job pouring in strikes," said Colorado manager Dylan Seck.
